I have been traveling for 5 months in Asia and by far it has been the worst experience in a hotel. The room was dirty, there were insects and the beds were too uncomfortable, very old mattress, when I slept I felt like I was in a hole. The bathroom was dirty and needs maintenance. The room had a very musty smell. The breakfast was not very good, the bread toaster was very old and the bread took a long time to be ready. The fruit didn't taste good and they definitely don't know how to make eggs. They're just eggs. Additionally, we asked to do laundry, we only washed a pair of socks and underwear, it wasn't much. They never gave us the total value, only until we checked out and the value was almost 35 Usd!!. For washing socks and underwear. They said they had a list with the values but they never explained to us that the values were for each sock and that each item added taxes. Crazy!!. We have stayed in very good hotels in Asia and we have never felt so cheated. Furthermore, the person at the reception was not empathetic, very uneducated. I do not recommend this hotel, even though the other people who work there were friendly, but the facilities, the poor preparation of the chef to make eggs, the dirt and the lack of clarity with the cost of washing clothes...all of this ends up going down in greatly the quality of this hotel.

Nice place for stay. Rooms are very well maintained.Hygene kept maintained. HK guy Suraj behaviour was very polite and humble. Location is peaceful place. Near the kadkadduma court metro . Connecting also 24X7 available from hotel. Thanks
